The standardised supporting cross beam is designed in line with DB guideline 804.4110 and certified by Germany’s Federal Railway Authority (EBA) (21.51-21izbib/031-2101#007-(003/15-ZaB)), together with horizontal and vertical bearings. The cross beams are suitable for use on ZH 2 – ZH 11 DB provisional bridges, both in bridge chains and on individual bridges. The hydraulically adjustable vertical bearings allow the provisional bridges to be easily raised or lowered by +50/-20 mm, enabling perfect height adjustment. This removes the painstaking process of inserting spacers. Superelevations up to 120 mm are possible.
